Both Tom and his wife were beneficial in providing guidance on how to prep our home for showing, gave us plenty of notice on when potential buyers would be at our home, gave quick updates on how the showing went with the perspective buyers, and even helped us with notifications and what concerns we should be aware of with our new home 300 miles away - even though they knew we were working with a realtor that they did not recommend!
