Jeff was easy to work with, he handled all my craziness with ease. He made suggestions that helped make our listing more appealing. He also suggested we list it higher than what we intended too. We ended up getting over asking price and we closed within the timeframe we wanted. From the date it hit the market until closing was only 32 days(buyer had a loan). We are extremely happy with the service Jeff provided.

We came to Florida w/o knowing pros and cons of the different towns and neighborhoods. We knew what we wanted for the house, but had no idea of the right location. Scott started providing us with the critical information about the different areas well ahead of time. He added considerations about cost of living, taxes, insurance, hidden fees. He met us at our Hotel and was for one full day our "Cicerone" in Pinella and Sarasota counties. Result: we bought our new home in 26 hours and we could not be happier. Scott went well above our expectations sending daily tips, passing by our new home to give a survival kit with delicacies etc. Thanks Scott and Thanks Susan !
