•I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with Frank and his son Jacob. Our escrow was long, complicated, and full of unexpected challenges, yet their professionalism never wavered for a single moment. Frank is the kind of agent who remains calm, steady, and solution‑oriented no matter what arises. He listened to every concern I had, clarified every detail I needed, and was available at all times, truly above and beyond. From the very beginning, I felt that Frank had our best interests at heart, and that never changed throughout the entire process. His guidance, patience, and expertise were instrumental in helping us successfully close on a property that required extraordinary persistence and care. When we finally received the keys, Frank and Jacob showed up to celebrate with us, congratulate us, and even brought a Home Depot gift card. That gesture was sincere, heartfelt, and a reflection of who they are as humans, not just exceptional agents, but exceptional people. If you are looking for representation that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, consistent, and genuinely invested in your success, I wholeheartedly recommend Frank and Jacob. They are outstanding at what they do, and I am deeply grateful for everything they did to help us reach this milestone. This review is honest, true, and written from genuine gratitude for the way Frank and Jacob supported us from start to finish.
I hired Jacob to sell a duplex in LA that I took back through foreclosure. Shortly after I took possession of the property Jacob and his father, Frank went to the property only to discover that the debtor who lost the property was living in one of the units as a squatter with a fake lease and under an assumed name. Jacob referred me to an eviction attorney. Unfortunately, since this was LA the eviction took 10 months and $8,000. During that time Jacob was able to market and ultimately get the property sold. The buyer agreed to put the property in escrow until the squatter was removed. During the hold time, while we were waiting to get the squatter out, Jacob took on a light management role by helping to maintain the property as well as act as an effective property manager in dealing with the other paying tenant, who at times was somewhat challenging to deal with. During this entire process Jacob always had a good attitude and communicated with me often. Once the sheriff finally got the squatter out we were able to close the sale within a week. I would give Jacob my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed if you go with Jacob.
