I knew from day one Frank was the right person to handle the sale of my parent’s home of 66 years. He was kind, compassionate, understanding, professional and very knowledgeable. As we began the process we soon ran into issues on our side that would slow down the process of putting up our family home for sale. It turned out to be a 6 month process, again, due to issues on our side. In that time Frank never once put us on the backburner. He always made us feel like we were his priority. He stood by us through every obstacle and was always there giving advice, referring us to the right people and even offering his physical help. He also went above and beyond by helping a sibling that had to relocate. Once our family home was ready for sale. We had several offers that first week. I strongly feel that was due to Frank’s sales strategy and how he had prepared beginning weeks before. It sold and closed in 5 weeks. Frank loves his job and it shows in all his actions. Frank came to us and help build a strategy that would help us to market our home at a reasonable price. He also worked with potential buyers to help them navigate the cost and negotiate a price that help us get market value and the buyer get a reasonable cost that they could afford. We live in Washington state and needed to sell a home in West Covina, CA. We had to find the best Realtor for our out-of-state sale, so we enlisted my adult son to research online and interview several of the best candidates. I know he can't do that for everyone, but he tried to accommodate us since we weren't able to be on the premises. Anytime he said he would do something, he did it immediately and reported back to us. Frank is not only a Realtor, he is also a Broker and has many years of experience. We could not have asked for anyone more professional. After selling five homes and four properties in my lifetime, I can confidently say that Frank has been the best Realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. And it was a pleasure because he is a great communicator, and we knew we were being told the truth whether we liked it or not, but the truth always came with a thorough explanation. Frank provided both proactive and excellent service handling the sale of our property in Ontario, CA. We live in San Diego and were not available to coordinate the multitude of issues/business/services necessary to execute the sale of a real estate property. Frank fill in the gaps and did everything necessary to help facilitate and finalize closing the deal
