We worked with Crowe Realty to sell another home a few years back, and from the moment we connected with James this summer, we've had nothing but an AMAZING experience. We live in Europe and had a house in Atlanta to sell, so we expected this to be an exceptionally complicated home selling process. However, James handled each step like it was easy peasy, from connecting with our then-current tenants to listing the home to going under contract in the first week it was listed! And when our first contract fell through (problems with the buyer's loan, not with anything on our side), James STILL found us a new buyer who was able to close in the SAME month we had originally been scheduled to close, saving us another mortgage payment and weeks of headache.
