Calla is a fantastic realtor who has an extensive knowledge of this area and should be places I wouldn't have thought or known about looking at previously. With her help we ended up finding the perfect house for me right away and she was on the ball with everything. Trust me when I say that Amanda will be the perfect agent you will be able to find. She is very knowledgeable of the areas which is a must keeps in contact with you about everything that is going on as well as punctual concerning your time to boot. Amanda had my home marketed at a price that was spot on to entice buyers to it which caused buyers to it and it was sold in 2 days and get this the buyers offered $15,000 over the asking price ! I truly wished I could have used her to purchase a home to see her go to work in my behalf on that end but I moved out of state but I have no doubt that she would’ve done an excellent job for me. However I do plan on coming back to the area soon and when I do she will be my agent.
