I couldn’t have asked for more !

Trust me when I say that Amanda will be the perfect agent you will be able to find. She is very knowledgeable of the areas which is a must keeps in contact with you about everything that is going on as well as punctual concerning your time to boot. Amanda had my home marketed at a price that was spot on to entice buyers to it which caused buyers to it and it was sold in 2 days and get this the buyers offered $15,000 over the asking price ! I truly wished I could have used her to purchase a home to see her go to work in my behalf on that end but I moved out of state but I have no doubt that she would’ve done an excellent job for me. However I do plan on coming back to the area soon and when I do she will be my agent.

Knowledgable and Patient
