James is a excellent agent. Highly recommend. I was a first time home buyer not knowing much but he made the process very simple. He was very quick to answer message( phone calls, texts, emails). Gave me various options( lenders, contracts, etc.) and went over the pros and cons for each.

My family was one of James’s first clients therefore we knew going forward that he was still learning. Our family was both selling and building a new home, so this could have been a very intimidating as well as stressful situation. James brings a sense of calmness that we needed during this time, he’s very attentive and reachable. We worked with Crowe Realty to sell another home a few years back, and from the moment we connected with James this summer, we've had nothing but an AMAZING experience. We live in Europe and had a house in Atlanta to sell, so we expected this to be an exceptionally complicated home selling process. However, James handled each step like it was easy peasy, from connecting with our then-current tenants to listing the home to going under contract in the first week it was listed! And when our first contract fell through (problems with the buyer's loan, not with anything on our side), James STILL found us a new buyer who was able to close in the SAME month we had originally been scheduled to close, saving us another mortgage payment and weeks of headache. He's is a miracle worker! James helped us navigate through power of attorney hurdles and negotiated with buying agents to get us the best deal possible. And if selling your home in rapid time wasn't enough, he's fast to respond (even when you're 5,000 miles and several time zones apart), kind, funny, and super easy to work with.
