Yana Halliwell was very professional in all matters dealing with the sale of my fathers house
Yana Halliwell was very professional in all matters dealing with the sale of my fathers house. She went above and beyond the call of duty - I live out of state, and Yana served as the 'general contractor' while preparing my fathers house for sale. I would highly recommend Yana for any of your real estate needs.

I am so happy that I met Janet and she became our agent
I am so happy that I met Janet and she became our agent. She listened to our wants an needs and found exactly what we were looking for on the first day we looked at homes together. She made this transaction very affordable to us! She got us everything we wanted: funds for a new roof & AC, home warranty, new Electrical Panel, etc... Janet is a very efficient and effective realtor. She knows her stuff! Janet has a lot of patience and gets the job done... No need to worry or stress out when working with Janet. She takes all of that off of your shoulders so you can be excited!!!

I have been looking for a house for a while when I met Janet and couldn't find anything I love within my budget but in one day with Janet I found the house I love. She is very helpful and very supportive. I definitely will recommend her to anyone she understands needs and wants and she will be with you every step of the way.

Janet found exactly what we were looking for! She took the time to understand our wants and needs and took it all into consideration when showing us properties. We ONLY saw this one property and decided we absolutely had to have it. She is very punctual, responsive, and on top of everything. We highly recommend Janet Paula! She surely does understand every step of the whole home buying process.

We were first time homebuyers, using VA loan...
We were first time homebuyers, using VA loan, looking for an immediate purchase. Martha was our third realtor and was definitely worth the wait. She was patient with our gazillion questions and took the time to provide an answer to each one. We rarely had to wait a couple of hours for a callback. She listened to our needs and concerns and never tried to sell us a house. Martha is simply "the best" and we will never even consider using anyone else.
