I’m extremely happy that Janet was my agent. Her advertising letter was the first letter I ever responded to any advertising I have ever received. I’m so glad I did. I live in Los Angeles and my property was in Florida. I spoke with Janet over the phone only a couple of times, the rest was done via e-mail. Janet was on top of things from day one. She is so great at what she does, excellent in follow up and follow through which I really love about her. She does not waste any time at all. You e-mail her anytime, she responds back right away. The minute she received my seller’s contract, next thing I know the house is advertised , appointments to show the place are scheduled. If I didn’t have to have certain reports ready before selling the house, I know that my house would have been sold in days. I would tell anyone who wants to use Janet, if you are ready to sell your home Janet is the perfect person to go to because your house will be sold before you know it.
