I’m extremely happy that Janet was my agent. Her advertising letter was the first letter I ever responded to any advertising I have ever received. I’m so glad I did. I live in Los Angeles and my property was in Florida. I spoke with Janet over the phone only a couple of times, the rest was done via e-mail. Janet was on top of things from day one. She is so great at what she does, excellent in follow up and follow through which I really love about her. She does not waste any time at all. You e-mail her anytime, she responds back right away. The minute she received my seller’s contract, next thing I know the house is advertised , appointments to show the place are scheduled. If I didn’t have to have certain reports ready before selling the house, I know that my house would have been sold in days.
