SHE SAVED ME MONEY REVIEWING MY CONTRACT AND NEGOTIATED ME RECEIVING A FREE APPLIANCE PACKAGE, FREE SCREENED IN PATIO, AND $1200 WHEN THE BUILDER COULDNT CLOSE ON TIME.
