My nephew wanted to buy the family house and we needed a strong agent like Janet to convince my brother to sell the home to him. Janet worked hard and didn't give up even when my brother gave her a hard time. She always sounds like she has a smile in her voice. I highly recommend Yana Halliwell if you want to find the perfect home, within your price range, in a short period of time. She made the process very enjoyable! She was very personable and very pleasant to be around, but at the same time very professional. She took time to be prepared and we knew she did her homework before hand as she took us to the perfect home! What I really liked about Yana was that she was looking out for our best interest and was truly concerned with what we were looking for. It wasn't just another sale to Yana is was a lasting relationship! She was truly a blessing to us the buyers!

Janet Paula made the shopping and purchasing processes relatively easy to handle for a first time home buyer. I wasn't fully prepared for nor knowledgeable on the whole Home Purchasing Process. Janet Paula helped me with every step. She explained the various steps needed to take care of the home purchasing. She always had a positive, warm, and embracing attitude even when I asked numerous questions about the purchasing process and about homes in general. Janet was always easy to reach regardless of the day of the week. Janet Paula also worked assertively and aggressively with the seller's realtor to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase. Janet was absolutely fabulous the entire time we worked with her. She educated us, when other realtors failed to do so. She cared about us and our interests when other realtors we worked with ONLY cared about their paycheck. Janet not only helped us to buy our dream home but she went above and beyond to be better than our past experiences and assisted us in many ways. She negotiated the sales price down to earth! She communicated every step of the way. She attended the inspection, appraisal, and closing. When things got stressful, she took us out to lunch to calm the nerves and get our mind off of things. Just a couple days before closing we got hit with a not so pleasant "surprise" and Janet remained by our side thru the end!!! She even helped us to buy a fridge and get it home, after the deal closed.
