"I'm going to be honest here. I was losing my faith in our decision to leave Italy and move to Florida. Who does that? Oh yeah, ME. I was assigned to a couple of other agents prior to working with Janet and we ended up firing them due to their lack of knowledge and compassion for the job. We had just about tossed in the towel at the thought of buying a home and Janet remained persistent in finding us one. She somehow found one that we were willing to compromise on a few "must haves" because it had all of the major things we needed. We were out looking at rentals and she randomly decided to show us a home that was for sale. Just out of the blue. Thankfully she did. On closing day, my car broke down and Janet drove all the way to MacDill AFB and picked me up. She later assisted me in getting back to my temporary home and even drove me to.the dealership when my car was towed there, so I could get into a rental."
