Janet was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and understanding. I must have seen at least 80 homes before finally securing a contract. Regardless, Janet stood by me and respected my wishes to see more homes. As a first time home buyer she was thorough and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. She suggested a great lender to work with and a great inspection company as well. I have a very concerned sibling who felt the need to be in the loop... joys of being the youngest child... and Janet kept my older sister in the loop every step of the way. She didnt have to but I appreciate that she did!

The day she came to interview with me she had already done lots of research. She knew about the neighborhood, the comps and how my townhouse compared to others. I was impressed from the first meeting and she never disappointed me! She was always helpful, enthusiastic and full of energy.
