We were linked with Janet through USAA network
We were linked with Janet through USAA network. She went above and beyond during the purchase of our new home and the selling of our old home. She was always available to answer questions and gave clear realistic feedback. Even working a night time schedule she made the process very easy for us. We have recommended her to family, friends, and neighbors. We will definitely work with Janet in the future if the opportunity presents itself. She is very motivated and seems to love what she does!!

Joyce Keesee was very knowledgeable of the area and was very understanding of our needs

She was there throughout the entire buying/selling process and was able to answer any of our questions that we had no matter what time of day it was. Janet went above and beyond to ensure that we won this bidding war to purchase our home
Janet went above and beyond to ensure that we won this bidding war to purchase our home. Although we were not the highest bid, the sellers told us they researched our agent and the other agents we were up against and due to Janet's wonderful work ethic she was chosen as the agent that they wanted to work with. Therefore, our contract was picked out of 7! Janet went above and beyond our expectations. She even went as far as going to the utility companies for us to turn on services. When she realized that our son has special needs, she went out of her way to gain his trust and became his instant best friend. She has a true gift with kids and real estate. Most people mock our son and she truly cared for him and would surprise him with treats to occupy his mind so we could focus on finding our forever home. The world needs more realtors like Janet. She has the special ability to know and understand your needs without pushing you outside of your comfort zone. We gave her our max budget, although we were approved for much more of a home, she respected our budget and found us the perfect home!

Janet was absolutely wonderful
Janet was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and understanding. I must have seen at least 80 homes before finally securing a contract. Regardless, Janet stood by me and respected my wishes to see more homes. As a first time home buyer she was thorough and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. She suggested a great lender to work with and a great inspection company as well. I have a very concerned sibling who felt the need to be in the loop... joys of being the youngest child... and Janet kept my older sister in the loop every step of the way. She didnt have to but I appreciate that she did!

We had a great overall experience
We had a great overall experience. We’re first time homebuyers and needed someone to really guide us, and I think Janet did really well with that. She was always available and got back to us promptly. She was professional the whole time and kept us well informed throughout the whole process.
