Janet went above and beyond to ensure that we won this bidding war to purchase our home. Although we were not the highest bid, the sellers told us they researched our agent and the other agents we were up against and due to Janet's wonderful work ethic she was chosen as the agent that they wanted to work with. Therefore, our contract was picked out of 7! Janet went above and beyond our expectations. She even went as far as going to the utility companies for us to turn on services. When she realized that our son has special needs, she went out of her way to gain his trust and became his instant best friend. She has a true gift with kids and real estate. Most people mock our son and she truly cared for him and would surprise him with treats to occupy his mind so we could focus on finding our forever home. The world needs more realtors like Janet. We gave her our max budget, although we were approved for much more of a home, she respected our budget and found us the perfect home!
