Janet was absolutely fabulous the entire time we worked with her. She educated us, when other realtors failed to do so. She cared about us and our interests when other realtors we worked with ONLY cared about their paycheck. Janet not only helped us to buy our dream home but she went above and beyond to be better than our past experiences and assisted us in many ways. She negotiated the sales price down to earth! She communicated every step of the way. She attended the inspection, appraisal, and closing. When things got stressful, she took us out to lunch to calm the nerves and get our mind off of things. Just a couple days before closing we got hit with a not so pleasant "surprise" and Janet remained by our side thru the end!!! She even helped us to buy a fridge and get it home, after the deal closed.
