We are in our 80’s an Tim went above and beyond to help in every way possible to help us with the sale of our condo. Once we came back home to Michigan for the sommer months, Tim kept in touch and if any problems arose (air conditioner), he facilitated the repairs. He is like family... can’t say enough about his customer service! I was totally unfamiliar with the process of buying a home in Florida but Tim Parr walked me thru the process from day one and I was able to get the home I thought I had no chance of getting.
