We are in our 80’s an Tim went above and beyond to help in every way possible to help us with the sale of our condo. Once we came back home to Michigan for the sommer months, Tim kept in touch and if any problems arose (air conditioner), he facilitated the repairs. He is like family... can’t say enough about his customer service! Tim was an amazing realtor that we felt so blessed to have found to sell our home. From the very beginning he was professional and efficient in every aspect during the process. We actually had a unique situation that Tim went over and beyond his duties as a realtor to get worked out for our own good. He was diligent and untiring even to the point of giving up his weekend to help us move furniture and boxes into the moving truck in the really hot and humid southwest Florida weather, all of which was his idea and insisted on doing. But most of all we feel that we formed a friendship with Tim and if we ever need a realtor again in Punta Gorda Florida he will be the one we call and we highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a realtor in southwest Florida!
