Kim was AMAZING!! I am very picky and have little time due to I work a lot of hours and weird hours as well. Kim showed she was more than willing and happy to accommodate my needs. She read me like a book on what I did and did not like plus she made the process seamless in buying our first home. If/ when we do this again I will go with only Kim! This woman did it all, even on Christmas Eve and day!! Not once did I feel unhappy with Kim!!

Kimberly Lux (Kim) has helped me with 3 transactions of homes in Deltona. It is evident that Kim genuinely loves her job and does not see the people who she is working with as just another potential dollar: 1.) She takes the time to educate... I didn't know anything about purchasing a home when Kim and I first met in 2010. Since then she has continued to educate me on various real estate transactions, from foreclosures to land contracts, from FHA loans to hard money lenders etc. 2.) She has been very patient with me, and I'm not the easiest person to get along with. 3.) She is one of the most ethical people I know which makes her protective of the people she is working with, she does not want to see you make any bad choices and will make suggestions to you to help you make better informed decisions; and 4.) Kim is extremely knowledgeable about the housing markets that she works in. I have continued to use Kim for these reasons. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

In addition to the survey comments I have to admit that I'm not sure I could have had a better better realtor. I was from out of state and from the beginning of our contact i was comfortable with working with Kimberly. She was active throughout the process. Always keeping us up to date with the progress of the sale. I was never waiting on her. I really appreciated her thorough explanation of things during the whole process.
