It is evident that Kim genuinely loves her job and does not see the people who she is working with as just another potential dollar: 1.) She takes the time to educate... I didn't know anything about purchasing a home when Kim and I first met in 2010. Since then she has continued to educate me on various real estate transactions, from foreclosures to land contracts, from FHA loans to hard money lenders etc. 2.) She has been very patient with me, and I'm not the easiest person to get along with. 3.) She is one of the most ethical people I know which makes her protective of the people she is working with, she does not want to see you make any bad choices and will make suggestions to you to help you make better informed decisions; and 4.) Kim is extremely knowledgeable about the housing markets that she works in. I have continued to use Kim for these reasons. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

"Kim was AMAZING!! I am very picky and have little time due to I work a lot of hours and weird hours as well. Kim showed she was more than willing and happy to accommodate my needs.
