Kimberly Lux (Kim) has helped me with 3 transactions of homes in Deltona. It is evident that Kim genuinely loves her job and does not see the people who she is working with as just another potential dollar: 1.) She takes the time to educate... I didn't know anything about purchasing a home when Kim and I first met in 2010. Since then she has continued to educate me on various real estate transactions, from foreclosures to land contracts, from FHA loans to hard money lenders etc. 2.) She has been very patient with me, and I'm not the easiest person to get along with. 3.)
