My dear aunt passed away and I was left her personal representative
My dear aunt passed away and I was left her personal representative. Kimberly was highly recommended to assist me with the sale of the property. When I met her my spirit instantly took to her. We talked about the life of my deceased aunt so she would get a feel of the home. I can now reveal I was clueless on selling property. This was my first time. Kimberly educated me on what to expect in the immediate future and the process. She was always available to address concerns. She never indicated it was too late to call, it was a weekend or holiday and she was not available. She became not only my realtor but a friend and confidant. She became my rainbow at the end of the storm. I'm truly grateful to have met her and will use her expertise for my future needs. Thank you Kimberly for a job well done!
