There are multiple concerns when looking for the right individual to help you sell or buy a new home. This can make it very challenging and frustrating, especially when you don't have a trusted contact like a friend or family member that can confirm you will be in a good hands. "I had called a few agents in the area that fit the profile I was looking for to help us sell my my mother's home. Kim was quick to respond & assured us that she knew the neighborhood very well & work with many senior citizens & estate sells. Since I was only down in the area for 1 week, Kim was able to accommodate me at setting up an appointment with my mother & me to talk about the house. Kim was very efficient in handling everything with the sale of the house. She went above & beyond at helping us with everything for paperwork and keeping us informed since my mother is now in an independent senior living center out of the area & I live out of state.
