I had called a few agents in the area that fit the profile I was looking for to help us sell my my mother's home. Kim was quick to respond & assured us that she knew the neighborhood very well & work with many senior citizens & estate sells. Since I was only down in the area for 1 week, Kim was able to accommodate me at setting up an appointment with my mother & me to talk about the house.
Kim was very efficient in handling everything with the sale of the house. She went above & beyond at helping us with everything for paperwork and keeping us informed since my mother is now in an independent senior living center out of the area & I live out of state. She also was quick to check on the house before & after Hurricane Dorian passed through the area to let us know if there was any damage to the house.
I really appreciated that Kim took her time to make sure that my mother understood everything that was happening with the sales of the house & helping her understand all the paperwork at the closing. She also was great at keeping in touch with me during the whole process.
