We truly enjoyed our experience with Kimberly Lux. She has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in the greater Deltona, Florida area and in our case, the condo market. She is a very friendly person who is attentive to your needs and is very detail oriented, pointing things out that you may not know which is important when you are not familiar with the area. She is very kind and not pushy trying to talk you into buying this property or the other. Once we found the unit that we purchased we worked with her and the mortgage broker that she recommended. We were very pleased with the mortgage broker and his staff as well. Overall we had a very smooth transition all the way to closing and Kimberly directed the whole effort that turned out to be a positive experience. We think that she did an outstanding job for us and will recommend her to any of our friends and relatives that wish to purchase or sell in the area.

I had called a few agents in the area that fit the profile I was looking for to help us sell my my mother's home. Kim was quick to respond & assured us that she knew the neighborhood very well & work with many senior citizens & estate sells. Since I was only down in the area for 1 week, Kim was able to accommodate me at setting up an appointment with my mother & me to talk about the house. Kim was very efficient in handling everything with the sale of the house. She went above & beyond at helping us with everything for paperwork and keeping us informed since my mother is now in an independent senior living center out of the area & I live out of state. She also was quick to check on the house before & after Hurricane Dorian passed through the area to let us know if there was any damage to the house. I really appreciated that Kim took her time to make sure that my mother understood everything that was happening with the sales of the house & helping her understand all the paperwork at the closing. She also was great at keeping in touch with me during the whole process. Choosing Kim to help with the sale of my mother's house was the best choice we could have made. She was very patient with my mother to make sure she understood everything. She was very understanding of our situation & helped in every way she could to make the process run as smooth as possible. We had a somewhat unique situation in that we were selling our elderly parents' house in FL from CT. Kimberly Lux was so amazing. I had no knowledge about what to do to buy a house and her knowledge and understanding of the process is what helped push us to be homeowners. She was timely with communications and anything I didn’t understand she took the time to explain it until I understood. She was patient and assertive when working with others to make sure our needs a home buyers were met. If it wasn’t for Kimberly Lux and her expertise I don’t think I would have bought a house and would have continued to throw my money away in rent. I would recommend Kim to everyone and anyone I know in regards to buying a home. Her understanding of the process inside and out helped it be seamless to first time homebuyers.
