"I googled top 10 realtors in Deltona area, Kimberly's reviews were extremely positive and gave me confidence that she would be a good choice to assist us in selling our home. There was a review that said she more reliable than the Post Office and easier to get a hold of than their own parents....I laughed when I read it but then I knew she absolutely was the one for us! They were right but she is levels above the Post Office and I totally agree with the parents thing, I never waited more than 2 minutes to hear from her IF she didn't answer my call immediately. Kimberly was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, she answered any and all questions thoroughly, I never felt like she was rushed to get to other customers although I knew she was busy with other buyers and sellers. She was always quick to respond to text messages or phone calls. I can't say enough about her...she was an excellent choice to help us sell our home and we are so very thankful that we found her and will definitely refer anyone in the area that we know are wanting to sell or relocate to the Deltona area. She knows her job inside and out and was able to ease our stress about the complexities of real estate sales. Kimberly was amazing during our sale and I can not recommend her enough!"

"Kimberly Lux was top notch in the purchase of our undeveloped property on a lake. This whole process was new to my husband and I, and Kim was very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging with her guidance and information. She was willing to give us examples of the information we needed for feasibility studies, as well as companies to perform them, and negotiated the necessary time to make sure the land fit our needs! She communicated with us often throughout the process and would be quick to respond to any calls or emails. To top it off, when it looked like the seller may not budge in there asking price, Kim got them to meet in the middle and save us some money! "Kim Lux is a hard working and passionate realtor. She's never "Off the clock" until the transaction is complete. In selling our home we ran into sever hiccups from potential buyers and each time she would come back, double down her efforts, and push harder for us to get our home sold. This business and it's current climate is full of "part time" realtors with lackadaisical tendencies. Mrs. Lux is a breath of fresh air. She's more reliable than the Post Office, easier to get hold of than my own parents, and tenacious as they come. I don't exaggerate when making these statements, I own a restaurant so my hours are sometimes sporadic. I would have conversations with her on my way home at 10 to 11PM on WEEKENDS regarding our home sale. I try not to make anyone work longer of harder than needed, but Kim insisted. I plan on using Kim as our realtor as long as she's in the business, she's been a part of my extended family since we moved to Florida which is a plus, but the real reason I work with her is because I trust her to get it done."
