Matias was always very helpful and responsive to my needs. I felt comfortable relying on him, which was very important to me since this purchase was done long distance. While Matias was very helpful and worked very hard on my behalf to get the details of the sale taken care of, unfortunately the people at the escrow company were not similarly motivated. They dragged their feet in getting necessary paperwork done in a timely way, resulting in me traveling 3000 miles only to sit in a hotel room for 3 Days waiting for them to get signatures in place on their end. Since this was a cash sale with no mortgage bankers on my end, the hold up was entirely on the escrow company. The brokers at Century 21 went above and beyond, calling and emailing the escrow company to get things done. I was very satisfied with their efforts on my behalf . Matias was a pleasure to work with. I felt that he worked very hard on my behalf and was very attentive to my needs even though the property I was buying was a modest one. He did a great job for me. Shelly was also very helpful and put in significant efforts on my behalf in trying to get my real estate transaction done. Matias did a great job handling a long distance sale. I live on the opposite side of the country, so trying to purchase what will be my retirement home and do it from so far away required a lot of flexibility on his part to meet my needs with arranging travel as well as on line signingof documents. At all times he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about how to get the job done. He was also very very patient with all my questions emails and phone calls. I would absolutely recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone needing a great real estate agent.
