From the very beginning of our house search Shelly was available to answer questions and obtain information we needed, and obtain it quickly. This was a long distance purchase from east coast to Arizona. She definitely was always available. Her personality was always professional friendly. When a health issue lead to problems she quickly worked to help the purchase move forward. She even took the time to send us photos as the house was being built since we were 2500 miles away. She really knew the market and pricing and about the builders in the area and explained the ins and outs of new home buying.
