Jill was fantastic during and after our entire home buying process. We were moving from out of state on a short timeline due to a job relocation and she made herself available whenever we needed to see homes, discuss next steps, and coordinate closing. While we couldn't do a walkthrough before closing, she offered to do it herself and show us via FaceTime to ensure everything was in order. Her responsiveness and availability made it possible to find a home and close within two months. Her knowledge was also invaluable. This is not our first time buying a home but it is the first time in Indiana and she guided us through the process and some of the differences that we were not aware of. Her expertise and negotiating skills were key during the different offer discussions and she proved that we could trust her judgement. Even after we have closed, she's supported us. There is an issue with our home that we will be using our Home Warranty for, and when I told her she immediately offered assistance in ensuring that process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking to buy a home in Indianapolis and if we ever move locally in the future we would definitely work with her again.
