This year we bought a home in Batesville, In. and began the process of all it takes to sell our Indianapolis home of 45 years. We hired Rich to be our real estate partner in both transactions. The buying of our Batesville home was an easy one, but the selling of our historic, lovely old home was more difficult than I could ever explain. With Rich’s guidance and wisdom we survived the four months it took to do the proper repairs, updating, staging and clearing to make it the perfect home in the eyes of a buyer. As a retired realtor I had helped others sell and purchase many homes but I couldn’t emotionally step away from my own home to make the right decisions to sell it.
