I started my real estate career with Carpenter Realtors in 2005, and have been helping clients ever since! Where? Central Indiana, everywhere from downtown Zionsville, to acreage in Trafalgar, and from Plainfield to Greenfield. My wife Maggie and I have lived in Historic Woodruff Place in downtown Indianapolis since 2004. We have been renovating our Victorian house since day 1, hoping to finish someday! In Indiana I have lived in Bloomington, Terre Haute, Noblesville, and Somerset. I have worked in our Noblesville, Broad Ripple and East offices, and have been top Listing or Sales Leader in all. Am a member of MIBOR - our local board of Realtors, the Indiana Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors. Success to me is providing clients with excellent service and guidance through the home buying/selling process. All with constant communication. Excellent and Professional!

I hired Rich to sell my Victorian. He is a seasoned realtor with extensive knowledge on older homes and their quirks. My house sold within a couple of weeks when other houses in my area have been on market for months. He explained all the ins and outs of the process and was accurate in his estimated costs. He works hard as a realtor, doing the legwork to get a house sold. I've worked with him in the past and will always pass his name on to others needing help with real estate.
