Excellent and Professional!
I hired Rich to sell my Victorian. He is a seasoned realtor with extensive knowledge on older homes and their quirks. My house sold within a couple of weeks when other houses in my area have been on market for months. He explained all the ins and outs of the process and was accurate in his estimated costs. He works hard as a realtor, doing the legwork to get a house sold. I've worked with him in the past and will always pass his name on to others needing help with real estate.

Helen was amazing!
Helen was amazing! We had several challenging things come up after the inspection and she was able to walk us through different scenarios and helped us come up with the best solution for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house. She is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. In the end, we were very happy that we were able to get our home sold with Helen's help.
