Overall, we had an excellent experience. It was mostly stress free and we found a house quickly, received great advice from Kristy and felt very supported and cared for throughout the whole process. There was some information that we lacked or had to find out in the moment instead of in advance, we never received the Carpenter search data base which we upsetting and some of the communication during the closing process was very delayed/not well explained. But overall Kristy was great, very thorough in asking questions for use and helping us but our first home!

This is the third house I’ve worked with Erik to sell and he has been fantastic to work with every time. Erik knows his stuff and is very responsive. He did his homework and made recommendations that led to a quick offer, while other homes in the neighborhood have been on the market for a while. We hit a few hiccups through the inspection but Erik calmly orchestrated a skilled network of vendors and was diligent to ensure we stayed on schedule for closing.
