Erik Pitner was extremely helpful when selling and buying my homes. He was professional and kept me on track and updated throughout the process. Erick always was prompt in returning my phone calls. Overall, we had an excellent experience. It was mostly stress free and we found a house quickly, received great advice from Kristy and felt very supported and cared for throughout the whole process. There was some information that we lacked or had to find out in the moment instead of in advance, we never received the Carpenter search data base which we upsetting and some of the communication during the closing process was very delayed/not well explained. But overall Kristy was great, very thorough in asking questions for use and helping us but our first home!
