Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. I'm a lifelong Hoosier, raised in Bloomington, IN and a graduate of Indiana University.
A married father of 2 amazing special needs children, I spend most of my free time advocating for families like ours. Living close to Eagle Creek Reservoir affords great outdoor time, and some would say I'm a borderline obsessive IU and Chicago Cubs fan. After spending 20 years in public safety working as a licensed Paramedic, and with the support of loyal friends and family, I decided a new career in Real Estate was in order. I am attention driven, service focused, and committed to exceeding the expectations of my clients.
Buying or selling a home can certainly be a stressful process, but with the help of a Professional Broker like myself, it will be rewarding and memorable. I look forward to working with you and would love the chance to earn your business, and more importantly, your trust.

Highly recommended Erik, he goes above and beyond.
Erik is very professional and yet brought a personal touch to the house buying experience. He is easy to talk to and he really listens. He would bring us brochures and paperwork on each house we were seeing. Whenever we reached out to him with questions he got back quickly and always got us our answer. He is very knowledgeable. We felt like he was really looking out for us and is a fun, likable guy.

Excellent experience!
Great knowledge of the west side. Very supportive and helpful through every step of the process. The best thing I can say is that Jackie made it so there were no surprises.

3rd home I have purchased with Vicky and I would highly recommend her.
Vicky went well beyond her average duty for this sale as it was anything but a straight forwad sale. She had to figure out random legal things, deal with a death mid sale, change the loan due to unforseen circumstances, and was always available to answer any questions I had. This went from being a 21 day close to being extended by 3 weeks due to all sorts of events. She definitely knows what she is doing and I always felt like I was being communicated with in the fastest way possible and kept in the loop on anything happening. I hope I dont buy another house anytime soon but if I do I wont heaitate to have her help me.

A knowledgeable realtor who truly cares and gave exceptional service from start to finish!
We had such a wonderful experience working with Marcella as first-time homebuyers! She was incredibly thorough, patient, and always willing to answer all of our questions, no matter how small. What we appreciated most was how she supported us without ever making us feel pressured. She gave us advice when we asked for it, but always respected our decisions and trusted us to make the choices that were right for us. She really allowed us to learn the ropes of buying a home and making offers while helping us understand what made sense for our situation. We didn’t get every offer we put in, but we were completely okay with that because we knew our boundaries and what we were comfortable with. She did an amazing job of helping us stick to those boundaries and never pushed us to go beyond what we felt was right. Buying our first home could have been overwhelming, but having someone who was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely had our best interests in mind made such a difference. We are so grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, especially other first-time homebuyers!
