Debbie saved me from making a couple mistakes in my thinking. She was a bloodhound from the start to get any pertinent info on property. She was also going thru everything as far as the paperwork to see if there was anything that shouldn't be there that I missed. Debbie knowledge of Florida law helped me on a couple items. Debbie was a great find in a land of Realters (Cape Coral) . Her knowledge of Florida law helped me on several cases (lead paint for instance). She was always looking for anything hidden on property site and on paper. She was protecting me from the start and I have sold and bought a few properties in my day. With us being out of state during the sale process, Debbie was so helpful. Debbie has excellent communication skills and always let us know what was happening with our home. Debbie went out of her way to check on our home and reported back if there were any issues. She was always available to answer questions and thought out of the box when things were slow. After my partner and I got pre approval our mortgage lender got us in contact with Debbie! She knew this was our first time buying let alone owning a home and was able to answer every single question we had and walk us through out every step of the process!
