Michelle was great to work with. We had bought other investment properties from her prior to buying our personal residence. She was very knowledgeable of the market and was always ready to answer questions regarding the properties she was showing us. She was also very helpful during negotiation process when emotions ran high. Followup work was her 2nd nature; we were able to close earlier than expected. We definitely will work with her again.

We met Bill McCue when we were searching for a condo in Siesta Key. We are Canadian citizens and were not certain of the issues we might face when purchasing a seasonal property in Florida. Our experience working with Candy Genot of Bright Realty in finding and purchasing a seasonal home in the Sarasota area was exceptional. Finding a house remotely is challenging, and even more so in a sellers' market. Candy found many listings for us to consider remotely and refined the search to suit what we were looking for. We eventually made a trip to Sarasota intending to focus on a particular area that seemed appealing from the listings. I can't say enough good things about Bill. He was so helpful in the purchase of my home. He is so knowledgeable and personable, easy to work with, and very responsive to any calls or questions.
