Steve is the best agent i ever worked. He is very patient and always in touch. Opposite to other agents, his commission is the last thing he is interested. He is trying to make sure you are happy with your deal, understand all pros and cons, but last not least he always go above and beyond. One honest man, which are hard to find those days. Bill was incredibly professional, knew the market and was able to negotiate optimal terms for the contract. He was responsive and available whenever we had any questions (and we had a lot). Frankly, I was very skeptical of the whole home selling process in general when we decided to relocate. But it turned out that contacting with Bill and his hard working spouse Cheryl was absolute the right move.
