The real estate market has changed so much since I sold my house by owner 30 years ago, you need a realtor to help navigate the waters. The new MLS guidelines and available website help by Carolina were invaluable. She had an excellent videographer do the pictures for the sale, an appraiser that was right on the money with the value of the house, and her expertise helped close the deal. She knew exactly what I wanted in my new house and from the moment we started we were looking for the next place to live.
