The real estate market has changed so much since I sold my house by owner 30 years ago, you need a realtor to help navigate the waters. The new MLS guidelines and available website help by Carolina were invaluable. She had an excellent videographer do the pictures for the sale, an appraiser that was right on the money with the value of the house, and her expertise helped close the deal. She knew exactly what I wanted in my new house and from the moment we started we were looking for the next place to live. We had an incredible experience with our Real Estate Agents Bill & Cheryl McCue of Brightrealtyfl.com. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. They were always so candid and provided their perspective, we truly appreciated their input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, IMO, it is crucial to keep those around that do. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but they are really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Bill & Cheryl went above and beyond (as I’m positive they do with all of their clients) and truly made us feel like we had a confidant throughout.
