I often went to Lindsey for advice on what's the "next step" and she treated me like if I was family. Her and I never gave up and she always made herself available whenever I had questions. Jenn knows the real estate business and is exceptional at communicating and going above and beyond to make sure everything is done. She is willing to go the extra mile. We have worked with Jenn in selling and buying a home this past year. Jenn made sure each transaction was smooth and we did not have to worry about anything. Jenn definitely goes the extra mile. She checked on our home we were buying and selling after the hurricanes, she does as many open houses as needed to give you home the exposure it needs to sell, and will do anything to help her clients. She listened to our needs. She took her time to look for homes in our budget and with the list of things we were looking for. She found us a home quickly since we had very little time to get out of the home and we had sold. We moved out of state and she found us a home in a great community. When there was a delay in the closing of the house we sold, she worked with the seller of our new home to make sure we didn’t lose the house. Jennifer was great at returning calls and emails and staying on top of what was going on. The first closing was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. They day before the closing was rescheduled, there was a long list of items that still were not completed, although the builder had assured us they would be done on time. Jenn stepped in and got things moving and other than 2 items that were on order, everything was done and we were able to close as scheduled. Jenn is also a great sounding board and listens to your concerns and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend Jenn to be your realtor.

Lindsey found this house and we made an offer... it was not accepted and another offer was accepted in it's place.. But Lindsey told that realtor to recontact us if that deal fell through.. it did, luckily.. and Lindsey contacted me immediately.. we were able to get that property because of her efficiency and diligence .. thanks Lindsey.. i will definitely require your assistance with my next purchase.. :-)

I’d͏ recommend Jennifer to anyone Jennifer͏ is so easy to communicate with. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed. I live out of state. I wanted a vacation home that I could also rent through Airbnb. Jennifer did virtual showings with me. Because of the trust that I had in her and her knowledge of what I was loooking for. I placed an offer right away and it was accepted. She helped facilitate my inspection and I flew down to be there for that (and see my new house). Now that we are in and doing improvements, I realize that she helped me make the smartest financial decision of my life. I can’t wait to work with her again on my next investment.
