We have worked with realtors in the past. It’s a night & day difference working with Jen. She is kind, creative, organized, patient explaining things to first time home buyers, super knowledgeable, and makes strong smart relationship connections with the sellers agents for the homes you really want. We were working with trying to buy a home during Covid’s crazy high priced sellers market with only VA financing as an option. If you know, that option unfortunately is usually overlooked by buyers because the inspections are more strict and it takes longer 45-60 days to close. It’s truly because of Jen’s hard work, creativity & patience, go-getter attitude, and relationship she built with the sellers agent reflecting us as buyers that worked this miracle. The sellers came back to us after a cash offer pulled out. It was a miracle. We got a house in 2 months, after working with other realtors for years. We still can’t believe it. We will stay in touch with Jen and refer anyone moving down to SW Florida to her. She is truly the best.

Jennifer is First Class all the way! Right from our very first discussion we were all on the same page with a marketing plan and strategy to sell our home. Once on the market it was under contract within a few days and closed a couple weeks later.
