My family was really impressed with Claudia and Buz. Honestly, before we met them, we had trouble getting called back by other real estate agents, even a few in the same real estate company. We feel so lucky that they were the ones to call us back. Claudia and Buz took the time to listen to our story and to hear what we were looking for in a house. We wanted a house within a small, specific area of town, with some other special parameters. Henry knows the local real estate market inside out, and will help you with every detail in preparing your house for sale. He will tell you what to do to help the house present better, and he will give you recommendations for the type of help you need, but also understands what can be left alone, since not all $$$ spent will increase the bottom line. He is a very nice, kind, thoughtful person, and extremely helpful. He will go the extra mile to help you. He also communicates quickly and well, and stays in touch through all parts of the process.

Let me preface this review with a self -acknowledgement that I have very high standards for customer experience. Kelly went above and beyond our expectations. She helped us sell our house much faster than we anticipated- she had a buyer in mind and we had a full price offer the day it hit the market. She also also helped us through the contract, purchase and building phase of our new home. She was very responsive and thorough to every task thrown her way. Genile is awesome! She was always emailing me houses to look at. Any time I wanted to go see one (or a bunch) in person, she would respond to my text within minutes, and she was almost always able to meet me at the house on the same day. Now that I've found the perfect house and had my offer accepted, Genile continues to be extremely helpful in the closing process. I'm a first time home buyer, and Genile has done a great job of walking me through all of the steps to owning my first home.
