If I need to buy house or sell house again in Gainesville, definitely I will get in touch with them again.So last year summer, I had to move to Tx because of my job, and I wanted to rent my house instead of selling. I hired a management company. But there was lots of drama with their staff, false promises and lies.. Anyway, I was very blessed to meet Claudia and Buz, and they helped me with everything remotely since i wasnt in FL. They even help me with the arrangement of house cleaning and lawn care which was supposed to be done by rental management company since they charged me the fee.
