Kristy was awesome. She spent many weekends showing the house, more than we expected. Kristy responded to every text or phone call immediately and had a real care for both my wife and myself. She accurately priced the house using the comps on our neighborhood and surrounding areas. As sellers, she took care of us and negotiated for us during the process. Kristine and Stephen are so supportive and guide you through the process with the utmost care. I have used them both buying and selling. Their patience and expertise was so reassuring. They are professional with such a great deal of kindness that is rare. Every detail is taken care of. The contacts they have to do all of behind the scenes work are top notch from listing photos to inspectors. When buying my home 9 years ago, she worked so hard to find the most perfect place to call home When we sold that house, it was listed on Friday, sold on Sunday! Less than 3 days!! When you want someone who will listen to your needs and guide you expertly, they are the ones to ask.
