Darren was so much more than I could have ever expected in an agent. I tried to list my property a few times before with no luck, whatsoever. When Darren came on board he knew exactly what needed to be done to get the ball rolling. We followed his guidance and everything flowed so naturally from then on. I would Very highly recommend him to anyone!

Working with Darren was a pleasure. We Had him show us several different types of Houses in far away locations. The guy was answering questions and hustling for us even on the weekends.

Darren was a great realtor. My husband and I lived in California and had to work with him by phone. He was professional, responsive, looked for properties in our price range and close to family, negotiated a lower amount for us, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased to have had Darren be our realtor.

Professional, knowledgeable, positive attitude all describe Darren. He researched every possibility that would meet our specific needs. Helped with finding services we needed to prepare for move. Stayed on top of every detail. Thanks to Darren, the entire buying process went smoothly.

When we started our homebuying endeavor, we were not sure where we wanted to settle down. Darren gave us opitions in all the areas we were considered. He took us on excursions through multiple towns spanning 2 counties. When we finally found our dream home, he gave us sound advise about the offer, due dilligence, and escrow processes. He educated and ultimately let us make our own descision on how we wanted to proceed. Now we are proud homeowners! Overall the experience with Darren was enlightening and rewarding. We recommed Darren to our friends and family who think they might be in the market soon, and we will definitely be calling him the next time we are looking for a new home (although that won't be anytime soon).

Darren was very attentive and extremely helpful, not only with our purchase, but with the details of making everything just right. After assisting with the purchase of the right property, he helped us with the leasing, also.

Darren helped us to successfully find the right house for us after many, many tries!! He has an excellent knowledge of the local area, soo friendly, very much a people person, and he's trustworthy!!! We would use him again, if needed!! Sylvia Hurlbut

Darren is a great real estate agent! He worked very hard for us to get our home ready to go on the market after some tenants damaged our rental home. He helped line up a handy man repairs and got us a great deal on new carpet for the home. The house was listed and sold in less than a month. I would highly recommend Darren Bondy!

It was a pleasure to work with Darren Bondy! He was my agent purchasing another rental property in Atlanta. I told Darren what my requirements were and he came up with a collection of properties that completely suited my needs. Darren made the whole process simple and anticipated every situation. He went above and beyond anything I could ask for from my realtor. As I live out of town, Darren even found me the perfect contractor to do all the necessary renovations to have this townhouse rented quickly. I cant speak highly enough of Darren Bondy and will gladly recommend him to friends and family. I look forward to working with him again on my next real estate purchase! Terry R.
