We were already committed on purchasing a new home when our original realtor had to take a 9 to 5 job and couldn’t support us consistently in selling our home. Darren came over and spent several hours on two separate occasions helping us prep the home for showings. I don’t do stairs well so Darren made dozens of trips up and down getting everything organized for the showings. He did an outstanding job and we’d use him again if we ever needed a realtor. He really helped my comfort level and sold our home in 3 weeks for more than it appraised for.

Darren was always available and friendly, answered my texts promptly, clarified whatever I did not understand or was unaware of. He was patient and helpful guiding me through my purchase. Made this experience less stressful.

I was advised to list with Darren by Shirley's nephews who had an interest in the property. Darren suggested a list price that immediately got 3 offers. Darren negotiated the best price for us, and as the sale progressed, solved all problems that arose. Thanks to Darren it was a smooth and easy process for us.

Darren is extremely professional and a great negotiator. Selling our house was stress free because our agent handled everything! Thanks Darren!

We were out of state buyers w limited time in Georgia to look at properties. Darren sent us properties often via email ahead of our visit so we could identify preferences. When we arrived in Georgia, we met and in short time, Darren honed in on our needs, likes, wants . He had a list of properties each day and we viewed and discussed in an organized fashion so as not to waste our time. His advice was priceless. We ended up buying a property Darren sent via email that we did not get to see in person since it was a new listing. He Facetimed at the property with us and we agreed this was the one. After purchase, when we did see in person, we were delighted that this would be our new home. Darren was our eyes and helped us choose wisely based on our preferences and budget.

Can't tell you how professional and easy it was to work with Darren. We will definitely tell our friends and use him in our future real estate dealings.

Darren was terrific to work with. He was a guiding force in locating the property that met our particular wants and needs, about which we were seriously picky. He was patient and attentive to our comments and critiques of the properties he showed us, and refined his offerings according to what he learned by listening and asking questions. Eventually we found what we were looking for, and then the real work began. Darren had all of the answers, and pulled together the resources we needed to sail through the offer to closing process with virtually none of the aggravation or confusion that are often just assumed to be part of the process. To consider that this was all transpiring during the 2020 pandemic protocols makes it even more outstanding. Darren was able to handle ensuring safety protocols for the showings we attended, and all of the documents up to the final closing were handled virtually ahead of time, so that the closing sit-down was very quick and simple. Buying this property was really a pleasure, in large part to the expertise and consideration of our agent, Darren Bondy!

Darren is so pleasant to work with!! I would recommend him to anyone and have recommended him many times already!! He is so professional and went above and beyond!!!

- It was a pleasure to work with Darren Bondy! He was my agent purchasing another rental property in Atlanta. I told Darren what my requirements were and he came up with a collection of properties that completely suited my needs. Darren made the whole process simple and anticipated every situation. He went above and beyond anything I could ask for from my realtor. As I live out of town, Darren even found me the perfect contractor to do all the necessary renovations to have this townhouse rented quickly. I cant speak highly enough of Darren Bondy and will gladly recommend him to friends and family. I look forward to working with him again on my next real estate purchase!

Darren was a great agent. Our house was need of a great deal of TLC before we could complete our sale. Darren had all the contacts and suggestions at his fingertips. Selling your house is a stressful undertaking, but Darren was a calming influence in the process.

As first time homeowners, we had to sell our beloved place in summer this year. After a first attempt and a disappointing experience with a different agent, we finally got to work with Darren. His friendly professionalism helped us through a challenging time and our farm was sold in record time. He put a lot of time, effort and heart into his job, never left us uninformed, constant communication throughout the process. Thanks to Darren, the final sale price was more than we expected and our place is now in good hands. Awesome experience!

Darren helped us sell our house and it was a painless process. His attention to detail and ability to attract qualified buyers was just what we were looking for! I would recommend him to anyone.
