We used Darren before when we purchased our first house(he also did an amazing job helping us sell it too). We needed a larger house as our family had grown a bit. Darren made himself available when ever we needed within reason of course even though he had multiple clients. He showed us a LOT of houses and was very patient with us, as we were pretty picky buyers at this point. He never made us feel like we weren't important and never gave up on us. He would keep our 2 and 5 year old boys busy so we could really focus on the houses we looked at. We kept running into the problem of houses we were interested in would already be under contract by the time we decided to put an offer in. When we finally found our house we got Darren's opinion on what we should offer as we really liked this house. After some talking we decided on our offer and got the house we wanted. We couldn't be happier. Darren is on your side, he is very knowledgeable and professional. You can trust he has YOUR best interests in mind which I feel like is hard to come by these days. First he helped me find land. During negotiations he learned the land would not meet our needs. It was 13 acres and we needed 14 to qualify for a conservation with 2 home to be built. He got the seller to sell us another acre. I also used hime to sell my home. It was on the market for 13 days and sold for full asking price. He is the best.

I have and will continue to recommend Darren to everyone I know buying or selling a home. He is so thorough, totally has your back, and most importantly, has the patience and understanding to get you through the emotional roller coaster of this process. He is a no BS, straight forward, kind and funny person to work with. He has sold two homes for us so far and helped us buy another. HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!

What can I say, Darren is very knowledgeable and really has an eye for detail. When we first started the process of wanting to sell our house we had Darren come out and give us his opinion on what he thought of the place and what we should do. He did not beat around the bush and told us exactly what he thought the house needed. He even took us to a house for sale in the area with a very similar build to ours to get our gears grinding. In speaking with him we made our plan and got to work. After a few weeks we were finished. He came back and got right to it. He did his research of the area, we talked and listed our house at a price we would be happy to accept. We listed our house on a Friday, had an open house Saturday and by Monday we accepted an offer. We sold our house for over asking and without Darren's advice, we would of never gotten what we did. He has your best interest in mind. We highly recommend Darren as he really made the sale of our house as easy as possible, not to mention he was really great with our two kids. All around a great experience.

Darren found us exactly what we were looking for, a large fenced in back yard, rural setting, ranch with basement, mother-in-law suite. Not an easy task in our budget! Diligent, professional, and very easy to work with are describe this gentleman. If I ever wanted to move again, he would be the first person I would contact. However, he did such a good job finding our current house, that may not happen. So, the next best thing for me to do is to recommend him to anyone reading this review.

Darren was so beyond a pleasure to work with. His experience was plainly evident.
