When I decide to sell the property she was also my agent. The house was prepped, listed, and showed by her and I was still out of state. We had an offer within four hours of listing and under contract in four days and sold shortly after. As much as I liked selling the home, I am truly sad that I won't continue the professional relationship that was cultivated over the years.
