I saw a house I was interested in on an online site that had just been listed that hour. When i typed in my info Karli called back within a minute! She was willing to show is the house immediately! After viewing the house she was interested in writing up an offer that morning. This worked out as the house had multiple offers the first day of listing. She did a really good job on the offer/contract as ours was the offer accepted. In such a tight market this kind of aggression is a must if you dont want to be left out! She helped throughout the loan process when needed. She did a fantastic job. We absolutely love our new house.
