Sara was beyond phenomenal in her negotiating skills to get me my dream beach condo in Cape Canaveral, Florida. From the initial contract offer to the closing, Sarah was involved with me on every step of the way. With trying to buy a beach condo in a sellers market, I didn't think it was possible to get a good deal. Not only did Sarah get me a good deal...she saved me $15K off of the listing price!!!.....and she also got me a new roof that I didn't have to pay for. Sarah even helped me get my closing dates set up with finance when things got really hectic from them. She works all hours of the day and night and returns phone calls and emails very quickly.
