Sarah is one hundred percent the most determined realtor that I have ever come across. She is a local from the area and her knowledge about the Brevard Market is masterful. Couple that with excellent negotiation skills and most importantly, communication skills. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Brevard County area in a heart beat. How to describe Sarah? She's AWESOME! Super friendly, and I called her the "bulldog". I reference this because she's not afraid to go after what her clients want but in very respectful manner. We purchased our home sight unseen. New to area and have never lived in Florida before. She guided us to safe areas for our family of 5 and helped us find the right home. She would tell us if a home wasn't worth our time and would get us a virtual walk through on every home that was. The market is crazy right now. We found out 60 days before our move that buying was our only option. Sarah worked quick, diligently and had us under contract in under 1.5 weeks! It was amazing! She was realistic with us, honest, listened to our need and wants in a home and kept us updated on every step of the way.
