Marissa and her team were great to work with during the listing and sale process for our family land. They coordinated marketing efforts, signage, photography, and listing data to ensure that the right buyer pool saw the listing and it was featured in several mailings, as well as being featured on-line. Once offers were received, Marissa gave us advice on the process and her thoughts but did not push one way or another. We waited it out and got an even higher offer with favorable terms that ended up being our agreed upon contract price and buyer. The title and closing process was easy with her relationships that provided the comfort that they working for us and helping along the way.
