This was the 1st time we used a realtor for the purchase of a home. Allie was very helpful in showing us different areas to look at in our "discovery phase" to see where we wanted to go. She also gave us information to consider in certain neighborhoods that had MUD taxes and higher HOA dues. And she took the time to go talk with the builder when we were out of town to see if building a home from the ground up was a good option for us. When we finally made a decision on a spec home and knew the timing was crucial since we had just gotten a contract on the home we were selling, she helped us get the contract done even while we were out of town at our daughter's wedding.
